What it replaces

By the time you add it up, the week is over

Revenue is in the payment processor. Bookings are in the scheduler. Leads are in a spreadsheet. Cash is in the bank app. You add it up on Sunday night, and the answer is already a week old.

Your booking tool, your processor and your accounting software each ship their own reports. A dashboard earns its price when the answer needs more than one of them. If one report answers your question, use it and keep your money.

We decide with you which numbers matter, write down how each is calculated, and leave the rest off.

What is in an owner dashboard build

Each line is written into your scope before you sign.

The few numbers that matter

Together we pick the handful you check every week, such as revenue, bookings, new leads and cash collected, and write down exactly how each is calculated.

Read from your own systems

The numbers are read from the sources named in your written scope, and never changed. Your booking tool, Stripe and your accounting software are the usual ones.

Readable on a phone

Open it Monday morning. No exporting, no pivot tables.

Labelled sources

Every tile says where its number comes from and when it last updated.

Room to grow

Start with one screen. Add tiles later as a written change order, agreed before the work.

What is not in the price

Sources beyond those named in your scope and writing data back into your tools are quoted as separate lines. Hosting and upkeep are a care plan from $149 a month.

What it costs

One fixed price. Half at signing, half when your acceptance checklist passes.

Owner dashboard questions

Short answers, with the prices we checked.

What should a small business dashboard show?

The numbers you would otherwise check by hand every week: money in, work booked ahead, new leads and how many got an answer, money owed to you, and one early-warning number such as no-shows or rebooking. Leave off anything you would not act on. A dashboard that shows twenty tiles gets opened once.

How do I connect QuickBooks, Stripe and my booking system?

Each source is read through its own connection. QuickBooks Online and Stripe both offer ways to read data, and many booking tools do, some on a higher plan. We check what each of your tools allows before we quote. If access costs extra, the vendor bills you directly and we tell you the amount before you sign.

Dashboard software or a custom build?

If one tool already reports what you need, use it. Dashboard products list from $59 a month per company for the entry plan (Fathom, checked 2026-10-16). A build wins when you want your own definitions, a view in your brand, or numbers from tools no dashboard product connects to.

How much does an owner dashboard cost?

One dashboard screen is a Focused build at $4,950, fixed. Care plans for hosting, monitoring and upkeep are $149, $299 or $499 a month, plus applicable tax. A Focused Blueprint is $500, credited in full if you sign within 30 days.

Does it pay for itself?

Through your time, mostly. A Focused build with the Essential care plan is $6,738 in the first year, or $355.25 a month spread over 24 months. If assembling the numbers costs you four hours a week at $25 an hour, that is $5,200 a year, so payback on time alone is about 16 months. The hours and the wage are examples. Use your own.

How long does it take?

The ship date is written into your proposal after scoping, never before. You get a written status every week while it is built.
