What is the best booking software for medical spas, and what does it cost?

The one your team already runs well. Published list prices we checked on 2026-10-16: Mindbody from $79 a month per location, Jane $59 to $99 a month by plan, Boulevard from $143 a month per location, Mangomint $120 a month per location plus $10 per user. Each books and reports. We do not replace them. A Benchford build is $4,950 for one gap, such as the consult page, or $9,850 for the full front door and staff view, with care plans from $149 a month.

Do you replace my charting system?

No. Charting and billing stay where they are. We build the booking, membership, consult and messaging layer around them. Some systems let outside tools read data but not create appointments. We check what access yours gives before we quote and say so up front.

How do I move off Jane or Mindbody?

You may not need to. Benchford does not migrate practice software. It builds beside it, and the client list stays in your accounts. If you leave later, re-pointing the connection is a written change order at $175 an hour, agreed before work. What about patient privacy?

Systems that store patient health information are scoped separately, before any price is given. The scopes on this page hold no health history, and your health-history forms stay in your practice software. We do not claim HIPAA compliance and do not certify anything. Whether HIPAA applies to your practice is a question for your counsel.

Does it pay for itself?

It pays back in members and hours, not licences. The lines it replaces cost $0 to $60 a month, about what a care plan costs. Complete with the Standard care plan is $709.42 a month spread over 24 months. That is about 7 memberships at $110 a month, or 4 at $200, or about 36 front-desk hours a month at an example wage of $19.80 an hour. The membership prices are posted on local med spa sites we read on 2026-10-16. This is a break-even, not a forecast.

Can you ship before the holidays?

We do not schedule a go-live in November or December, when gift cards and packages peak. Sign a Blueprint now and a build can ship in January or February, usually a lighter stretch. The ship date is written into your contract after scoping.
