A parent pays $400 for a week in one click or does not register. We build a deposit, instalment and scholarship-request flow with the waiver signed in the same session, feeding the system you keep. If your vendor sells payment plans in a higher tier for less than a build, buy the tier. One camp tool puts payment plans at $219 a month instead of $149.

A waiver everyone signs, in a different system

Everyone signs, including guests who never book, and a minor needs a parent or guardian. We build one waiver record that serves camps, parties and guest visits, with a retention schedule and audit trail in your own account. If the waiver is your one gap, upgrade the tier: one studio tool adds waivers for $56 a month more.

Two systems, or two sites, for one brand

Classes sold on one site, memberships on another portal. We build one front door that reads your schedule and prices and shows a single site and login. It works where your booking system shares its data, and we check that before we quote. If it does not, the scope becomes exports plus an owner view, and we say so before the quote.

What is the best yoga studio software?

The one you run. Published prices we checked on 2026-10-16 on annual billing: Pike13 $139, $195 and $249 a month, Punchpass $59, $99 and $149, Zen Planner Studio from $99, Mindbody from $79 per location, Redpoint HQ from $248 for climbing gyms. They book classes and take payments. We build the front door and the waiver or payment-plan gap they leave.

How do camps handle registration and waivers online?

A camp system holds registration, and it is the system of record: Jackrabbit, CampBrain, iClassPro, CampMinder or Sawyer, among others. Payment plans, deposits and waivers are often a higher plan or a separate service. We build the parent-facing deposit, instalment and waiver flow on top, and write down what you collect, keep and for how long. A parent or guardian signs for a minor.

What does Mindbody cost and what is the contract term?

Mindbody lists from $79 a month per location, with payments adding $0.10 to $0.30 a transaction (checked 2026-10-16). Contract term and marketplace commission are reported on competitors' pages and we have not confirmed them, so read your own contract. Our guide covers the prices and what you can export.

Can I keep my payment processor?

Card payments in our builds run through your own Stripe account at Stripe's price, with no markup from us. If your registration system requires its own processor, we scope what can sit beside it and say so before the quote.

When should we start?

Boulder-area camps opened 2026 registration on January 11, 12 and 14 (public camp pages), and 2027 dates are not published. A build needs a written ship date before then. Sign a Blueprint by November, and if the scope will not fit before registration opens, we say no. Studios do best starting in October or November, before the new-year rush.

Does it pay for itself?

A Complete build with a year of the Essential care plan is $11,638 in year one. At $399 for a four-day camp session, that is about 30 camper-sessions. A Focused flow is $6,738 in year one, about 17 camper-weeks at $400. Whether a deposit flow adds that many enrollments is untested, so use your own count of abandoned checkouts.
