    Thirty minutes by phone or video, free. You describe the problem. We ask what it costs you today.

  3. Quote or Blueprint

    A written quote with a fixed price and a ship date, or a Blueprint if the scope is not clear yet. You choose. Half is due at signing.

Can I start a Blueprint straight from this form?

Yes. Say so in your message. We reply in writing with the Blueprint agreement and what we need from you. A Focused Blueprint is $500 and a Complete Blueprint is $1,500, credited in full if you sign the build within 30 days.

Do you ever tell people not to build?

Yes. If a tool at $16 to $50 a month already does the job, we say so and the call ends there. A scoping call costs nothing.

Do you publish a phone number?

Not yet. Email [email protected] or use the form, and we will set up a call by phone or video.

Do I have to give a budget?

No. The budget field is optional, and the prices are on the pricing page. Pick "Not sure yet" or leave it blank.

What should I include in my message?

What the business does, what is slow or broken today, and the tools you use now. A few sentences is enough.
