Chiropractors and wellness practice questions

What EHR do chiropractors use?

Common choices include ChiroTouch and Jane, among others. We do not sell an EHR, build charting or touch clinical records. Your practice software stays, and we build the new-patient page, paperwork and plan sales around it.

What is the best chiropractic software?

The one that charts, bills and fits how you work, and for most practices that is a practice-management system, not something we build. Jane lists $59, $79 and $99 a month by plan, and ChiroTouch does not publish a price (checked 2026-10-16). We build what sits in front of them.

Can intake forms be digital and private?

Yes. Contact details, consent to text and the visit fee can be collected digitally before the visit. Health-history forms stay in your practice software. A system that stores patient health information is scoped separately before any price is given. Your counsel should confirm what counts as patient information for your practice.

Do I have to replace my billing system?

No. Billing and charting stay. Some systems let outside tools read data but not create appointments, so we check what access yours gives before we quote. If access is limited to reading data, we send the patient to your own booking link.

Does it pay for itself?

Focused with the Essential care plan is $355.25 a month spread over 24 months. At $19.80 an hour, a chiropractic assistant's average salary of $41,192 over 2,080 hours (Chiropractic Economics 2025, salary alone), that is about 18 hours of front-desk time a month. The same survey puts average spend at $13,540 a year on advertising and $7,529 on software, so a $4,950 one-time build reads against those two lines. This is a break-even, not a forecast.

Do you build for physical therapy, acupuncture and massage?

Yes: chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic care, massage and wellness practices. Boulder County has 408 offices in chiropractic, physical therapy and other practitioner care (BLS, 2025 annual average). Larger clinical systems are outside what we take on.
