Where We Work: Front Range Colorado

Five places we build for

One published price in all of them. Each area has its own page with local buying rules and business counts.

Lyons and Boulder County Home base. 18,566 private establishments, and the Town of Lyons buying rules.
Boulder How the City, the County and CU Boulder buy under $10,000.
Longmont A card or purchase order covers $10,000. We do not get the local preference.
Denver Separate invoice lines, and Denver's software tax guide in plain words.
Fort Collins Built remotely. We have no Fort Collins client yet, and we say so.

A workshop in Lyons

Benchford is a software studio based in Lyons, Colorado. We are a service-area business with no storefront, so we work by phone and video: a free thirty-minute call, a written scope, a written status every week and video check-ins before launch.

The name is the idea. A bench is where things are built by hand and measured twice. A ford is the shallow crossing that gets you over the river without a bridge project. We aim to be a workshop that gets you across.

If your business is outside these five areas, ask. We will say plainly whether we can help.
